Dill is the brainchild of Chef Dan Cropper, celebrating casual dining with a focus on sharing dishes, seasonal ingredients and bold flavours. Our ever-changing menu highlights the best local produce in a relaxed and welcoming setting, complemented by an exceptional selection of wines and local brews.
